A&L Home Builders, LLC is a Maryland based company that designs, builds, markets and sells new residential homes, and through its affiliate, A&L Contractor Services, LLC, provides residential and commercial construction services for remodeling and tear down projects.

We truly believe, from our vast experience in the industry, that we ultimately build a better business product that not only satisfies the client but also builds a repeat business pipeline through recommendations and referrals.

A&L Home Builders build new homes. There are 3 options for floor plans:

1. Fully customized floorplan
2. BYOP - Bring Your Own Plan
3. Customize an A&L Home Builders stock floorplan

And 2 options for lots:

1. BYOL - Bring Your Own Lot
2. Partner with A&L to locate and purchase a lot
